Free Shipping On All Orders Within The Continental U.S.
You will receive free shipping on all orders from IncrediBody.com if you live within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded), and I use a variety of carriers depending on the product (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc). Shipping time varies depending upon the product ordered, which I will elaborate on below, and you will see specific estimated delivery times and details on the "Shipping Info" tab of each specific product's detailed description page.
Certain Items Can Be Shipped To International Customers
If you are an international customer who lives outside the continental United States, there are many products that I can ship to your location, so please submit your order, and I will contact you by email or phone with the total delivery charge to your area; if you approve, I will process your order, otherwise, you can modify or cancel your purchase, and will be charged nothing (I will never process your order if there is a delivery charge before offering you a shipping quote and receiving your approval to proceed with your purchase). Larger items such as exercise machines cannot be shipped outside the 48 continental U.S. states, but many smaller items can (including protein powder, fitness accessories, heart rate monitors, etc), so you may either submit your order and I will contact you with shipping charges before processing your payment, or you may contact me with a list of what you wish to purchase and your full mailing address, as I will reply with the total delivery cost and availability of shipment. Please note that the IncrediBody Transformation Program is shipped for free to anywhere in the world, so all can purchase regardless of location.
IncrediBody Transformation Program
I offer free shipping for the IncrediBody Transformation Program to anywhere in the world, and arrival is normally within 14 days of purchase. If in the meantime you would like to begin reading the IncrediBody Transformation Program on your computer, please contact me, and I will send you an electronic version through email that you can begin following immediately. Please note that you must be running the Microsoft Windows operating system to read the electronic version of the IncrediBody Transformation Program on your computer, and if you are not, then you must wait for the printed materials to arrive in the mail (which should occur within 14 days of purchase). Remember, I deliver the IncrediBody Transformation Program to anywhere in the world, and shipping is free.
If you wish to return the IncrediBody Transformation Program, please send the system to the mailing address listed on the contact us page, and you will receive a full refund using the same method in which you paid. Please ship the program back to me using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (United States Postal Service) if you live within the United States, or choose another method you feel comfortable with if you live outside the United States. Please remember that I will refund the cost you pay to ship the program back to me as part of the return policy, and because I offer free shipping when delivering the program to you, the money back guarantee covers your full purchase price and return delivery charge, therefore you may try my IncrediBody Transformation Program completely risk free.
The money back guarantee for the IncrediBody Transformation Program is for a full 90 days, beginning when you receive the program, therefore you have a full 3 months to implement my system and achieve benefit. If you wish to receive a refund, I do not need to actually receive the program from you within 90 days, but the date in which you officially ship the program back to me (post mark) should be within 90 days of when you received the program to satisfy the money back guarantee requirements.
Egg Protein Products
International shipping is available to certain areas for our egg protein powder products, so you may contact me with your mailing address if you live outside the continental United States and wish to inquire regarding shipping costs. Egg Protein Powder is shipped via UPS, who does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you have any issues or concerns with an egg protein powder or liquid egg protein product purchased through us. After 7 days of receipt, there will be no refunds issued on egg protein powder or liquid egg protein due to their consumable nature.
For liquid egg protein, you will be contacted by the shipping company to set up a time for delivery since the product must be kept cold to avoid spoilage, therefore please make sure to provide a valid telephone number when ordering.
Vitamins, Minerals & Food
We can ship our vitamins, minerals and food to certain locations outside the continental U.S., therefore please contact me with your mailing address if you live outside the United States and wish to inquire regarding shipping costs. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you have any issues or concerns regarding a vitamin, mineral or food product purchased from us. After 7 days of receipt, there will be no refunds issued on vitamins, minerals or food.
Large or heavy exercise equipment can only be shipped within the 48 continental U.S. states, and after ordering, the shipping company will contact you by phone to set up a time for delivery. Equipment is shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or a common freight carrier. For freight shipments you must be home on the delivery day agreed upon, and the delivering company is only responsible for bringing the equipment to the end of the truck, while you (the customer) must move the equipment from the end of the truck into your home. If you do not accept delivery on equipment and the equipment is returned to us, the cost we pay to ship the product both ways (to and from your residence) will be deducted from the refund (although we offer free shipping, there is a cost incurred by us to send the product to you, so we will deduct this from refunds issued on any refused products). You are responsible for providing a working daytime telephone number where you can be reached to set up delivery, so please make sure to do so when ordering. Any charges that result from the shipping company not being able to reach you to set up delivery is not our responsibility, so please offer a valid daytime phone number when purchasing. Lift gate (an elevator system that transports the product from the truck to the ground) and in-home delivery is available for an extra charge, while in-home setup may also be available in your area. Please contact me for more information on lift gate, in-home delivery and setup if you are interested.
Exercise equipment is eligible for a refund within 30 days if the product is in its original condition (please keep the packing material that the product was shipped in so that you can safely return the item). You must obtain a return authorization number before returning any exercise equipment by contacting me with your full name, order number and the reason for seeking a refund. Any equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all exercise equipment refunds, and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Acne & Skin Care
We can ship our acne & skin care products to certain locations outside the continental U.S., therefore please contact me with your mailing address if you live outside the United States and wish to inquire regarding shipping costs. You also receive a 90 day unconditional money back guarantee on all skin care products, and we will pay you to ship the product back to us if you wish to receive a refund. Please contact me within 90 days of receipt if you have any issues or concerns regarding any of the acne & skin care products purchased from us.
All Other Products
Any item not listed in one of the above sections can be returned within 30 days for a refund, but we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges.
