Includes 260 lbs. of bumper plates and a 45 lb. bar and collars for a total of 305 lbs. Includes one pair each of 45 lb., 35 lb., 25 lb., 15 lb., and 10 lb. bumper plates. Solid rubber bumper plate have a steel insert. LBS and KGS are conveniently displayed on both sides. A minimal amount of conditioner is applied to each plate to protect the rubber.

The bar has a large 32 mm shaft, giving it a tensile strength equal to that of a much more expensive power bar. Bronze bushings allow it to spin freely, making it ideal for Olympic lifts such as dead lifts, cleans and snatches. Each end is secured by dual snap rings, a feature often found on the highest performing Olympic bars. The entire bar (sleeves included) is coated with a hard chrome, flake free finish that inhibits rust.
