This 200 lb. Weight Stack is for use with the Lat Attachment (model F431) for the F430 Power Rack (both sold separately). You may use the top plate of the 200 lb weight stack to load additional free weight plates, allowing for small incremental weight changes and providing the ability to use more than 200 lbs of resistance!
NOTE: You must have the BodyCraft F430 Power Rack and the BodyCraft F431 Lat Attachment to use this weight stack (both sold separately).
