Weight bar made from 1″ solid steel, and includes Olympic adapters in case you wish to use Olympic sized plates. Easy pull-pin adjustments. Made of 11 gauge steel tubing, high density foam padding, top grade vinyl and durable powder coat paint. Welded to American Welding Society (AWS) specifications, with American made pulleys. Available exercises include Lat Pulldown, Triceps Extension, Low Row and many more!
