In pairs or singles, the Kettlestack adjustable kettlebell handles provide a wide variety of convenient fast kettlebell workouts. The weight is adjustable, giving you the freedom to increase and decrease the weight as necessary. This is much more cost effective over buying an entire set of kettlebells.
Kettlebells are easy to assemble. Assembly involves bolting a handle onto a stack of weights (pic on right of “wings” surrounding a core).
Since most kettlebell motions are functional and engage multiple body parts, you won’t find a need for repeated, small adjustments that folks expect with adjustable dumbbells.
The easy two-phase assembly, along with the Kettlestack’s unique quickchange feature conveniently provides a wide range of weights.
How Do The Weights Adjust?
You adjust the weights of the kettlebells by adding or removing weight plates from the inside of the kettlebells. You can use either standard size or olympic size weight plates with the kettlebells. Since olympic plates have 2″ holes instead of 1″ holes, you will still need at least one standard size weight plates (either 1.25 pound, 2.5 pound, or 5 pound) on EACH outside wing to prevent the bolts and washers from slipping through the larger olympic holes.
The Kettlebells are available in 3 different models:
• Base Option: The base model option supports up to 70 lbs of weight and includes hard tempered support straps, one 3″ bolt, one 4″ bolt, hard tempered steel 4.25″ support axle, and an allen key.
• Mid Option: Each Mid option Kettlestack holds up to 85 lbs of weight and includes hard tempered support bands, two 3″ bolts, two 4″ bolts, hard tempered 4.25″ support axle and an allen key.
• High Option: Each high option Kettlestack holds up to 95 lbs of weight and includes hard tempered support bands, two 3″ bolts, two 4″ bolts, hard tempered 5.25″ support axle and an allen key.
