This model features a durable grooved V-Belt direct drive belt transmission system that creates a smooth and quiet ride. This bike’s stable frame is made from round, smooth, heavy-duty tubing. The tension control knob allows you to control the intensity of your pace. “Micro” adjustable slide systems on the seat and handlebars provide you with infinite adjustment options. The Pro-68 also comes with a built in sports drink holder allows you to keep your favorite sports drink at arms reach to stay hydrated for an effective low impact workout!

Robert Sherman’s “Cycle Challenge” DVD gives you more than a ride! The new ride begins with a Warm-Up ride (15min). Precise speed training drills are next (15min). Options are then available to either continue cycling with a super strong strength ride (15min), or get off the bike and begin the Total Body Core Training (40min) Complete the workout with a stretch, choosing either an On or Off the bike option (9 min). Robert has put together the ultimate challenge, including:

• A ride consisting of multiple speed and resistance changes along with many form pointers.
• Complete total body workout: Using tubing, weights, resistaball, core stability moves and a medicine ball.
• Workout Options: A combination of the different rides with the resistance training segments.
